Educate and assist students individually or in small groups Supervise older students in classrooms, halls, and playgrounds Help students enjoy the learning environment Observe students and record relevant data Encourage positive social skills Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Ability to pass a state and federal background check A year of previous teaching experience in a child care setting, preferred High-energy with a love of working with children Organized and detail-oriented Use technology such as iPads Professionalism
