Design Center Sales Specialist (Mt. Pleasant, SC)

We are immediately hiring for a motivated, energetic salesperson to develop durable relationships with trade professionals.
The Design Center Sales consultant will work with clients to select plumbing faucets and fixtures, showers and bathtubs.
Main Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection while providing excellent customer service Utilize 2020 software to assist in space planning and design Manage and execute all stages of the sales process from opportunity to invoice to ensure proper follow-up, clean sales, minimal returns and customer satisfaction Develop an in-depth knowledge of product lines and stay current on changes/improvements of those Identify and create new customers through building strong relationships with contractors, builders, retail customers etc.
Work closely and establish relationships with vendors to stay up to date with product updates and/or to follow up on order-related inquiries Qualifications Highly proficient in 2020 & NetSuite software 3+ years designer sales experience, preferably in the kitchen & bath industries Strong sales aptitude, negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients Previous experience working with trade professionals and/or retail customers preferred Experience in project management with the ability to manage client expectations and time effectively Excellent critical thinking and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a wide variety of people
