After School Teacher

The Cooper School is looking for an Afterschool Teacher.
We are a K-8 private elementary school in West Ashley.
The hours for this job are Monday - Friday 3pm - 6pm with competitive pay.

Afterschool Teacher Description: * Organize end-of-day activities to offer a home-away-from-home experience.
* Prepare and lead children in activities both structured and informal throughout the afternoon time.
* Coordinate and provide age-appropriate opportunities for children in grades K - 8 to be fully engaged after school.
* Collaborate and plan with other members of After Care team.
* Ensure that children are supervised at all times and that after school teachers are actively participating with the children.
* Keep accurate records of children attending the After Care program.
Work Remotely: No Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.
00 per hour Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Experience with Children: 1 year (Preferred) * Childcare: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * First Aid Certification (Preferred) * CPR Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
