The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Childcare Director for our top-rated school on Long Point Road.
No nights or weekends!

Salary range: $45,000-$60,000 per year, based on experience, education and credentials.
Quarterly bonus potential.
Daycare Director Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.
Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.
Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.
Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and the community.
Requirements
Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Previous experience managing a childcare center.
Proficient computer skills in a variety of business related programs, including Microsoft Office.
A passion for providing high-quality care and education!
