A Guest Services Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel, answers and processes all phone calls received plus handles all special requests for services or information, and assist with any other assigned task in accordance with hotel policies and procedures to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

*Must be:*at least 18 years of age, flexible in hours and days worked, able to work both morning and evening shifts, able to work on the weekdays, able to work on the weekends, during holiday periods, able to follow written and verbal directions, capable of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions, able to spend the majority of the day walking, standing, typing, and talking.
