You will be using your professional demeanor, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills to service new and existing accounts to achieve agency sales goals and service standards.

No Previous Insurance Experience? No problem! If you have proven your customer service and communication skills in another industry and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about insurance.
Salary: $14.
00 - $19.
00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Responsibilities Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take premium payments from customers.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Create relationships from a cold start.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Professional phone etiquette.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
