*RMS is a growing clean beauty brand that is seeking a Customer Service Specialist.
*
*Our Customer Service Specialist Schedule:*
* *1st* *Shift* - Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm, with the possibility of some overtime could be needed though out parts of the year.
*Position Details:*
* Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
* Research and resolve order related issues; order status, tracking updates, and carrier claims.
* Educate customers on our product offerings and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
* Ensure that delivery at all contact points is timely, on brand, and consistent.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as social and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Assist with product troubleshooting and offer technical support when needed.
* Could be asked to work in various roles to help the company be successful.
* Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, sales from support, and improve overall customer service processes.
