*Responsibilities:*
* Animal handling
* Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours
* Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
* Maintaining cleanliness
* Scheduling
* File maintenance
* Data entry
*Requirements:*
* animal handling experience required
* flexible work hours
* 1 year customer service experience preferred
* Computer skills
* Timekeeping
* Excellent organizational skills
* Able to utilize multi-line phone
* Strong communication skills
* Able to lift 40 lbs
* Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
* Display professional manner at all times
