The Guest Service Evening Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and safety of hotel guests and associates during the evening 3 PM - 11 PM.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.
Monitor hotel property to ensure only hotel guests are using hotel amenities.
Ask non-hotel guests to exit property in a diplomatic and respectful manner.
Call police when non-hotel guests do not comply with requests.

Greet guests and resolve guest issues.
Assist guests with luggage, directions, and other requests.

Walk property and report safety issues.

Skills:
* Requires a working knowledge of guest service and security.
* Requires ability to learn computer equipment.
* Supervisory skills needed.
* Communication skills required to provide information and associated services to hotel management and guests.

Ability to lift 25 50 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs on occasion.
Education or Formal Training:
High school diploma, GED, or the equivalent previous work experience required
2 years bell services and/or guest services experience (preferred but not mandatory)
This position will require occasional work on evenings, weekends and holidays.
Prior hotel supervisory experience preferably with a full service hotel.
A Hospitality degree is preferred.
Ability to manage and lead each department independently.
Strong English speaking and writing skills.
Ability to anticipate guest needs.
Flexible work schedule to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
