POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for satisfactory resolution of all circulation customer inquiries.
The job scope includes communicating via phone for inbound and outbound calls, email and live chat.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Frequent contact with subscribers, managerial staff, independent contractors and redelivery personnel
Backup dispatcher of subscriber complaints to redelivery personnel
Responding to subscriber inquiries via email, telephone and live chat
Accurate entry of system data and report generating
Provide administrative support to the Audience Development Operations, Sales and Marketing and Retention managers with data entry, mail/merge tasks and collating letters to customers, distributors and other associates of The Post and Courier
Individual will fill-in for other positions as necessary or requested.
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements, minimum education level, and experience:
Associates of Arts/Science Degree
Two years customer service experience
Call center experience desired
