*Job Summary:* * As a Customer Success and Onboarding Specialist at Sage Healthy, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our clients' transition to our services.
You will be responsible for guiding healthcare practices, particularly Chiropractic and Physical Therapy offices, through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and utilize our RCM solutions to their full potential.
Your expertise and support will directly impact our clients' revenue growth and overall satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities:* * *Client Onboarding:* Assist new clients, particularly Chiropractic and Physical Therapy offices, in the implementation of Sage Healthy's RCM services, from the initial engagement to full utilization of our solutions.
* *Communication: *Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, redirecting calls and emails, as necessary.
* *Training and Education:* Provide in-depth training to clients on how to effectively use Sage Healthy's platform and services, ensuring they maximize the benefits.
* *Client Support:* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
* *Documentation:* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and configurations to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing success.
* *Feedback Collection:* Gather client feedback on their onboarding experience and communicate this feedback to our product and development teams for continuous improvement.
* *Client Advocacy:* Serve as a client advocate within Sage Healthy, ensuring that client needs and concerns are heard and addressed.
*Qualifications:* * Highly organized with a high attention to detail and a strong commitment to organization.
* Proven experience in customer service or front desk in the healthcare or technology sector is a plus, especially if in the chiropractic field.
* Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management and medical billing processes.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
* Proficiency in using software applications and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Highly organized with a high attention to detail and a strong commitment to organization.
* Proven experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare or medical billing industry.
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
