• Create a best-in-class customer service experience for our Pro Customers who paint
• Always provides SMART customer service through the daily execution of Lowe's customer service policies, procedures, and programs
• Understand the Pro business to educate customers to understand his/her needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, quoting, and ordering merchandise
• Work with the Lowe’s Pro Supply to order Paint through the Fulfillment and Delivery network to service the customer
• Communicates information to customers regarding all the Service, Brand and Value benefits of using the Fulfillment and Delivery network with Lowe’s Pro Supply
• Prospect and utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to build customer relationships and streamline processes, to improve customer service, increase sales, and increase visibility to the service that Lowe’s Pro Supply can provide
• Focus on establishing consistent selling behaviors by establishing consistent selling routines.
• Promote Pro Credit solutions
• Offer and assist to sign up MVPs Pro rewards and partnership program, specific to paint.

• Continue to learn and evolve as a salesperson by leveraging the Lowe’s Training platform to stay up to date on all system changes and to improve selling skills
• Collaborate with entire Pro Team to understand other jobs and customers that need to buy Paint
• Communicates information to customers regarding all stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, application, and warranty information related to Lowe’s programs
• Cross-functionally trains in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service as well as learn what Pros are buying across the store
• Weekly review the Pro Hot sheet and Paint Hot sheet for new promotional events and offers
• Actively participate in the Pro Sales Rally
• Partners with Sherwin Williams/Valspar Rep to help provide the best customer service
• Monthly prepare and participate in the Pro Paint CSA Monthly Support conversation
• Follows-up with customers to ensure all order and project requirements are satisfactorily met
• Operates store equipment as needed depending on one specific role and department (e.
g.
, Zebra phone, telephone, paging system, copiers, fax machines, computers, CCTV surveillance system, key cutter, panel saw, paint mixer, flooring cutters, compacter baler)
• Detects common signs of shoplifting, theft, and other security risks, and promptly communicates them to management and/or Asset Protection
• Ensures compliance with housekeeping standards and programs (e.
g.
, Zone Recovery, Pro desk area) to maintain cleanliness and organization of store, selling centers and workstations.
• Maintains a safe and secure work environment, which may include conducting daily safety reviews, noting hazards, keeping aisles clear, and securing doors and gates
• Adheres to all safety requirements relevant to one’s regular job duties: top stock safety, reinstalling safety cables, use of aisle blockers, a tether line on power equipment, spotters, and safety devices
