Job description
The Customer Service Representative works with a small team to assist customers.
These assignments include trouble shooting any customers issues, incoming sales calls, and product knowledge.
Essential Functions:
Computer Proficiency
Communication skills
Answer inbound Customer Service calls and e-mails.
Excel beginner skills
Create documents assisting with any customers issues.
Learn and retain product numbers and product information.
Process online orders as well as inbound phone call placed orders.
Create sales on inbound calls.
Specific serial number orientation, attention to detail with numbers.
Knowledge and Skills:
Communication skills customers.
Shows a high level of detail for product knowledge and performance.
Time management skills.
Mature attitude.
Ability to multitask.
Attention to detail ? quality, organization, and repetition of specific serial numbers.
Punctuality and attendance.
Personal responsibility
Must work well in a team environment and maintain good communication skills with coworkers.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly
REQUIREMENTS:
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Experience and Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
