QUALIFICATIONS:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Self-Driven with a high level of initiative and desire to learn.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Ability to work in a team environment
Must be on time and dependable
License/Certification:
Property & Casualty license (Preferred)
If not licensed, must be willing to complete Property & Casualty Insurance License
