A 10 frame colony will assure a honey harvest this season! Bring your equipment to San Leandro or purchase the colonies with the equipment they are in.
We will get you off to a great year in beekeeping.
We offer support to customers for the inevitable questions that will arise around colony management, especially mite management.
We also offer hive management if you would like bees on your property but are not interested in doing the work involved to keep them well.

Breed varieties that we are offering at the moment:
- Italian bees are great for beginners since they are gentle and easy to manage.
They are highly productive and are known for large numbers due to their focus on raising brood.
They are one of the most docile of the bee subspecies.
They readily build comb and have less tendency to swarm.
- Carniolan bees are known for their overwintering ability.
This kind of bee tends to forage on cool, wet days more often than other bees.
They quickly produce brood when nectar is available, and are excellent pollinators and phenomenal honey producers.
