Jimmy John's Assistant Manager

Jimmy John's of West Ashley is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to join our team.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing in-shop and delivery drivers, preparing food, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

*Responsibilities:* * Manage in-shop and delivery drivers, including routing deliveries and maximizing delivery business and speed * Ensure 100% accuracy in cash drawer management during shift * Prepare food, including meat and vegetable slicing and bread production * Provide world-class customer service to every customer * Train and supervise staff on food preparation, sales, and service * Maintain a clean and organized store environment * Conduct daily inventory checks and order supplies as needed * Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs * Perform other duties as assigned *Requirements:* * Must be willing to take deliveries and have a valid driver's license * Reliable transportation required * Must be able to work closing shifts (12pm-9:45pm) and opening shifts (6am-3pm), including at least one weekend day * Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred *Benefits:* * Competitive base salary * Bonus opportunities based on performance * Paid time off * Free meals during shifts * Opportunities for career advancement within the company * Fun and lively work environment with a supportive team Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.
