Lease begins August 17 2023 and lasts until August 2024.
Rent is $500.
Room includes a personal bathroom.
Utilities are unlimited at $50 a month.

There are two girls currently living in the unit, Madison and Lexi.
One is a Charleston Law student and the other is a rising junior at CofC.
I have already graduated and no longer need this housing! I’m sure there are students who need a room downtown for school, so please don’t hesitate to share.
The housing includes wifi, washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen (and room), cable, AC/heating, pool access, gym access, and a bike room.
