We're currently seeking a 3rd roommate for our texx (315) 309-58 65 sunny 1800 sq ft, 4-bedroom flat on Central Island St, Daniel Island, SC, available for move-in on Jan 1.
Your spacious room (12x14) can be furnished or unfurnished, and you'll have full access to shared common areas like the living room, kitchen, sunroom/craft/sewing room/laundry, and a shared bath.
Additionally, you can enjoy the use of our large, furnished front parlor/guest room for occasional overnight guests.
Our home is centrally located on Central Island St, Daniel Island, SC, just 15 miles from Joint Base Charleston, Charleston Medical University of South Carolina and the College of Charleston, Central Island Square's location provides a laid-back island feel with convenience to everything.
We are two Gen-Xers with over 15 years of rooming together, both working from home.
We're looking for a mature, responsible, clean, and quiet roommate who ideally works outside the home.
Our home is meticulously maintained with regular bi-monthly deep cleans (additional $40 per person).
Rent is $450, with a matching deposit.
Utilities, which include water, garbage/compost/recycling, PG&E, high-speed internet, Xfinity Cable TV (including HBO/MAX), and in-house washer/dryer use, are split three ways (usually $75-150 per person).
