$1,000 / 2br - Need a roommate (West ashley)

The guy renting the room now is moving out on short notice.
So I'm looking for someone to move in at the beginning to mid February .
The room is still occupied so I took pics of mine because they're the same size.
When I moved in the bedrooms didn't have closet doors 🤷‍♂️ but it kinda makes the room bigger! I'm 33 year old male sous chef in west ashley.
I kinda keep to myself mostly but I can be social.
Looking for someone clean, respectful, and just pays the bills on time.
Rent is 1000 a month but all utilities are included, and one months rent as a security deposit.
If you don't have it all at once then we can work it out if you have it within the first month.
