There are 6 people in the house in total, the other four roommates live on the upstairs floor, but the house is never too busy and there is plenty of space so it does not feel that way.
Small backyard and coin laundry on site.
There is off street parking and a park, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby.
Looking for a roommate for a long term year long lease beginning May 1st.
Current roommates are amazing, mostly graduate students and a music therapist who all work during the day.
I am moving, I have a full bed in the room now if you need a bed.
No pets unfortunately! Texting me is easier as I work all day.
