I am a partially handicapped retired lady, in need of someone to share some chores ( like occasionally taking out the trash, walking my little dogs, and putting up the clean dishes.
) I do all of the cleaning here, but it would be nice to find someone to help with the heavier stuff, like bringing in deliveries from the porch.
I am asking for $250 rent for a partly furnished bedroom.
The deposit will be the same.
I would like to find someone who is drama free.
We would have to share a bathroom, but the bedroom is private, with a huge closet.
I would have to check you out to make sure you don't have a criminal record.
I need to do this to protect myself.
