I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for 1bed/1bath in a 2bed/2bath apartment on King St starting January 1 through July 31.
It is fully furnished and recently renovated.
You will have your own bathroom, but will have 1 roommate with her own bedroom/bathroom.
It is in an amazing location, just steps away (less than 5 min walk) from CofC campus.
Rent is $1400 per month, and this includes the utilities.
