Looking for the perfect roommate preferably female, preferably a Christian or Christian minded female.
My daughter lives in the house so I would prefer a female to live in the home with her.
You would have the MBR that has its own bathroom with a shower.
No drugs, drama, drinking or smoking inside, if you smoke you may smoke outside.
You will have use of the laundry and kitchen as long as you clean up behind yourself.
Wifi and utilities are included Rent is $450 monthly with a $250 Refundable deposit that will be returned within two weeks after moving out as long as there is no damage.

You may swap out the bed with your own if you like.
