It is also a short drive to the beautiful Riverfront Park.
The third floor is for rent and it comes with a private bedroom and private full bathroom(even a bathtub)! The bedroom has great natural light and includes a closet, ceiling fan, TV with Roku, iron and ironing board, alarm clock, full-length mirror, and extra towels & linens.
There is central A/C throughout the home.
The first floor is a shared space and includes a fully stocked kitchen, coffee/tea station, powder room, and multi-use living area.
There is a gas fireplace as well.
The renter will have full access and use of this area.
We love to travel, meet new people and try new things! We are very respectful of space and boundaries.
I would also welcome getting to know you and developing a new friendship! There are no pets at the moment, but we foster kittens occasionally and one may squeak through to being a forever cat!
