Furkan (from Turkey) and Jared (from W Cola) are looking for a third roommate to complete the house.
Both have leased through 5/31/24, looking for someone on the same semester schedule or who might like to stay longer.
The house is great, walking distance to MUSC, Charleston School of Law, College of Charleston, and also lots of restaurants and bars.
We are located two blocks above the crosstown, easy access to points east and west.
No parking permits needed, good street parking, and also some off street parking.
The house is fully furnished, including all the bedrooms, and has all needed kitchen equipment, etc.

The available bedroom is in the middle of the house and shares a bathroom with Jared.
You are welcome to bring your own linens if you prefer them, but those are available as well.
The rate includes all of the utilities except for wifi, $90/mo, which the three tenants split three ways.

living room, dining room, kitchen.

The house is currently mostly grad students, we are the "male" apartment downstairs, which is where the open room is located, and females upstairs, mid-twenties kind of house.
This is NOT an appropriate situation for anyone looking to move in any furniture, so if you are already "furnished" and the house still appeals, you would need to put your things in storage.
