We are seeking an organized salon coordinator to manage the operations of our salons.
In this role, you will be required to supervise and coordinate staff members, greet and tend to customers, manage the appointment schedules, and oversee the daily activities to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the salon.
To ensure success as a salon coordinator, you should be highly organized and demonstrate an exceptional level of customer care.
A top-notch salon coordinator should possess strong leadership abilities and be able to process and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Salon Coordinator Responsibilities:* * Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive to the salon.
* Answer phone calls, text messages, emails and Instagram messages professionally and courteously to schedule appointments and handle guests questions.
* Possess detailed knowledge of all services and products, hours of operation to assist guests.
* Inform technicians about guest’s arrival * Maintain a welcoming reception area by cleaning and restocking amenities as required.
* Actively promote salons programs and promotions * Provide accurate and timely responses to all guests requests ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
* Clean common areas and keep reception area organized.
* Update client records with new information such as contact information, preferences, and appointments scheduled * Coordinate with the salon owner to ensure that business operations are running smoothly * Generate operational reports for presentation to the owner * Train staff on new systems, policies, and best practices * Enforce all health and safety regulations and protocols.
*Salon Coordinator Requirements:* High school diploma or GED * Consistent professional presentation and pleasant demeanor.
* The ability to remain calm in pressured situations.
* Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
* Excellent customer service abilities.
* Strong sales and marketing skills.
* Great leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
00 - $25.
00 per hour Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Weekly day range: * Monday to Friday * No weekends Work Location: In person
