We are looking for someone to support our team with account management, new business prospecting, and proposal development.
This person will work directly with our Business Development team to help convert leads and generate new business.
Responsibilities
Work directly with our business development team to help convert leads and generate new business with existing customers.
Communicate with prospective customers (phone/email), setting appointments
Maintain and manage our CRM database for current and new customer leads
Develop and prepare quotes, proposals and other sales-related documents for prospective clients
Responsible for effectively communicating and coordinating with various departments to facilitate all client needs
Maintain well documented, accurate and organized notes for sales team
Work with sales team to achieve required team goals

Qualifications
Experience using MS Office products: Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as CRM software (Hubspot)
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in a sales and/ or marketing related position preferred.
