Position Summary: Levelwing is seeking a Senior Analyst to work within the “Strategy and Insight” function of the Analytics department.
This role helps drive Levelwing’s analytics-first approach through actionable, insight driven analysis across our client’s marketing, digital, and business objectives.
This role would leverage available tools, technology, and resources to build a collaborative process revealing patterns in the data, visualizations that convey the narrative in an easy-to-understand manner, how marketing efforts are reaching the desired target audiences, business/industry research, and communicating these elements in a compelling way.
Minimum Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field
Three to five (3- 5) years of professional experience in Digital Marketing Analytics
Strong analytical and data analysis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present information in a concise and impactful manner
Google Analytics certification is required; Adobe Analytics experience is preferred
Ability to create easily consumable data visualizations through common tools such as Power BI, DOMO, Datorama, or Tableau to effectively communicate insights
Familiarity with ad serving platforms such as Google Ads and Meta
Ability to work cross-functionally and independently, and the ability to function effectively under uncertainty
Ability to stay updated with marketing landscape, industry trends and adapt to new tools and technology
Experience with marketing research, competitor analysis, market segmentation, consumer behavior analysis
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Interpret data to draw meaningful insights that will inform marketing strategies
Consume and analyze data from a multitude of sources including but not limited to: digital marketing, traditional marketing, website analytics, point of sale, customer behavioral data, population and demographic data, demand trends
Perform regular analysis of digital marketing performance, user engagement, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform marketing and client objectives
Plan, Design, and Oversee A/B testing experiments to support campaign optimization
Plan, Design, and Oversee sales lift analyses to measure incremental marketing impacts
Identify Conversion Rate Optimization opportunities
Provide insight and analysis audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and customer lifetime value
