We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Sales Representative to join our team.

*Responsibilities:*
* *Identify and target potential commercial clients, including General Contractors, Architects, and Property Managers*
* *Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial construction industry*
* *Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients*
* *Present and promote Xtreme Exteriors' products and services to commercial clients*
* *Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop tailored solutions for commercial projects*
* *Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of Xtreme Exteriors*
* *Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company*
* *Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions*
* *Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company*
* *Utilize CRM platforms for efficient tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions*
* *Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager*
*Qualifications:*
* *Related field experience is required (Construction)*
* *Proven experience in commercial sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets*
* *Knowledge of the commercial construction industry and understanding of exterior construction materials*
* *Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships*
* *Excellent negotiation and closing skills*
* *Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales*
* *Familiarity with CRM software, such as HubSpot or Salesforce*
* *Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team*
*Compensation:*
* *Competitive base salary ($75,000) with commission structure (unlimited potential)*
