Job Description:
The Large Tractor Sales Specialist is responsible for maintaining/building a customer base in the territory and selling the full line of Duetz-Fahr Tractors.
Responsibilities
Locate new prospects and determine how the company can best meet their needs
Present to prospects the benefits of our equipment and our company
Maintain data on new contracts & Document calls made to customers
Develop good working relationships with customers
Expedite resolution of technical and customer issues
Attend industry exhibits, demonstrations and meetings
Monitor new products developed by our manufacturers and competitors
Advise manager of all changes in territory which can affect company success
Verify equipment is delivered as ordered and in a timely manner
Work closely with Credit Manager to resolve credit/payment issues
Education/Experience/Skill:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
Experience in Large Tractor sales preferred
Excellent time management skills
Able to communicate in written format clearly and concisely
Excellent customer service skills
